  Hoping to find out if this car's license plate can be enhanced 
to readability  ?
   He passed me like I was standing still  -  I was doing  a little
over the  80 km/hr  speed limit.

Also  curious about the car  -  logo looks like a  Peugeot ?

I need to fix my dash cam mount  -  it wobbles a tiny bit from
years of use  -  when new it was better for picking up car plates.
